Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Swimming pool and beach were right outside of my door. Free fitness center, DVDs, & Internet onsite.

I found a roach in the room.

We absolutely loved our stay. We even added an extra night. There was no need to ever leave the hotel's premises except to purchase some personal items because everything was right there. It was really a great vacation. The bed was comfortable and even though there was no complimentary breakfast, the other amenities more than made up for it. We had such a good time that I'm not even upset about finding a roach in the room and normally that would overshadow everything. ...read more

The daytime staff was very rude and non helpful.

The view, courtesy of staff, & location. The hotel even let me upgrade room for only $20.

The mattresses on the bed were stiff as a board and very uncomfortable for my back.

This hotel is awesome. Anytime there was a problem, the front desk took care of all our needs, from extra blankets to helping us unlock the safe twice! The view of the Gulf was wonderful. We were given advice on local restaurants and shopping. ...read more

I thought this motel was above average in every way.

They refused to refund even a token amount when we left early. The beach was closed due to a storm.

The beach closed due to threat of a storm and the news was very explicit on high winds, heavy rains, etc. We got scared because of the winds and dark clouds so we left one day early.

Dirty swimming pool, too many children swimming without adult supervision.

Room was clean with great views of pool & gulf! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable front desk staff! The grill person and bartender were amazing people! They always smiled, gave efficient, excellent service and in the middle of the heat, rain, and sometimes strong wind!
